Chapel Hill median house price has hit an all time high, with over 33% growth in the past five years.

The latest information reported by RP Data has revealed Chapel Hill’s new median house at $840,000.

This has been the direct influence of steady and sustainable growth, backed by historically low interest rates and an opportunistic supply vs demand equation.

Of course the completion of recent infrastructure projects including the Legacy Way tunnel, and re-development of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre have also assisted growth factors.

Chapel Hill is a leafy suburb, bordered by Mt. Coot-tha forest, mainly occupied by young families. Chapel Hill State School provides education for most of the local children.
