Chapel Hill continues to be wonderful area to raise a family with friendly residents and beautiful green surrounds. We have a mix of housing, both traditional and contemporary, whilst the majority of development occurred in the 1970’s and 1980’s.
Housing demand is driven by young families looking to secure a safe, pleasant and affordable home close to excellent schools, transport options and parks.
The 2018 calendar year has seen our sixth year of consecutive price growth, with house prices in Chapel Hill rising by 8.9% in the last twelve months. This has been our largest annual growth since 2007.
Despite lending markets tightening regulation and the reduction of available credit to potential home buyers, we do expect interest rates to remain steady in the foreseeable future.
